**IMPORTANT-New process for hotel accommodations this season: 

Rooms are being held at the following hotels. Teams MUST stay at one of these hotels unless discussed in advance with the tournament director. It is your responsibility to call the hotel to create your own room block under the "Big Ole Tournament"' reserved rooms. Hotel choices are first come first served. Please only reserve the number of rooms you estimate your team will need to be sure we have enough for all teams (Some hotels limit to 15-18 rooms per team block).

Refunds will be given (minus a $250 non-refundable deposit and processing fee) only if a full paying replacement team is found.

Games may start as early as 8am on Friday
